Dutch NCP organises stakeholder meeting 28 November

The Dutch NCP organises a broad stakeholder meeting on 28 November 2012. During the meeting participants will be informed about the activities of the NCP and developments around the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises. Specific discussion will be dedicated to the issues around freedom of association when doing business internationally. The NCP invites intested parties to attend this stakeholder meeting.

The program is as follows:
15:00 Opening by NCP-chairman Frans Evers, update and plans of the NCP

15:20 Pro-active agenda of the OESO Guidelines at the national level: request for input from stakeholders

15:45 Theme: international business and freedom of association

15:45 Presentations by companies: What are they doing and what do they encounter?
- Jef Wintermans (director MODINT) on experiences in Turkey
- Speaker from company with experience with this subject (to be confirmed)

16:25 Reaction by Astrid Kaag (FNV Mondiaal) 

16:40 Discussion with the audience

17:00 Closing and drinks

 

The NCP invites intested parties to attend this stakeholder meeting. The meeting will take place in The Hague at the ministry of Economic Affairs, (Bezuidenhoutseweg 73, The Hague).
