The report, intended to inform the OECD Investment Committee in Paris, France in 2009, about substantive errors in the Korean NCP’s interpretations of the OECD Guidelines.

The report refers to the complaints against Daewoo and KOGAS for human rights and environmental laws violations in Burma. The complaint was rejected by the Korean NCP on 27 November 2008 and the report explains why and how that decision was erroneous and suggests recommendations to the OECD to improve the effectiveness of the Guidelines.
