OECD Watch, along with members of the Business and Human Rights Task Force, have submitted a letter calling upon the G20 Employment Working Group to do more to further promote supply chain transparency and due diligence.

In their letter they have called on all G20 states to adhere to the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises and to strengthen G20 National Contact Points (NCPs) by ensuring that they are sufficiently resourced, committed to carrying out peer reviews, strengthen the Procedural Guidance that governs how they handle complaints and to introduce material consequences for companies that are found to be non-compliant with the OECD Guidelines.

Read more and download the recommendations on the website of the International Corporate Accountability Round table.
