This evaluation looks at the Lithuanian National Contact Point and provides recommendations to the Lithuanian government on how to further advance its commitments as outlined in the Council Decision of the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises. The submission was made on 30 August 2016.
Advancing and Strengthening the OECD National Contact Point Peer Review Process
Accountability Counsel, the International Corporate Accountability Roundtable and OECD Watch, are conducting research to evaluate the National Contact Point (NCP) peer review process and identify opportunities for improvement. In order to inform discussions on this topic during the 2017 United Nations Forum on Business and Human Rights, this report provides the preliminary results of our research into the Belgian, Danish, Italian and Swiss NCP peer reviews. In early 2018, a final report will be published, which will also include analysis into the French and German NCP peer reviews upon their finalization.
Submission of OECD Watch for the 2017 Peer Review of the Austrian NCP
