Nect Green Code (NGC) is a Ugandan non-profit organisation dedicated to promoting environmental health, justice, and sustainability. Founded in 2022, NGC works to empower local communities especially those in the Albertine region through initiatives that build climate resilience, support clean energy adoption, and reduce the environmental impacts of extractive industries. The organisation focuses on environmental education, advocacy for responsible business conduct, and community engagement on issues such as renewable energy, waste management, and sustainable agriculture. Through its work, NGC strengthens community capacity to adapt to climate change, protect natural ecosystems, and advocate for equitable environmental governance.
