Submission of OECD Watch for the 2017 Review of the Australian National Contact Point. The 2017 Review is an independent review commissioned by the Foreign Investment Division within Australia’s Treasury, in order to evaluate the effectiveness of the current ANCP structure and location within the government. OECD Watch provided this submission as part of the consultation process with recommendations as how to improve the ANCP’s structure, along with its functioning and operations, so that the ANPC is in accordance with the core criteria of the OECD Guidelines. The submission was made on 20 July 2017.
