Avocats Sans Frontières – Morocco is the country office of ASF in Belgium, active since 2013 in Rabat. ASF Morocco works towards a pluralistic and democratic rule of law that respects human rights and is founded on social justice. The organisation supports people in vulnerable situations in their legal proceedings, develops accessible legal aid services, and strengthens the capacities of justice actors. It also conducts research and advocacy for legislative reforms in line with the Moroccan Constitution and international human rights instruments. ASF Morocco collaborates closely with local NGOs, bar associations, and academic institutions to promote a more inclusive and equitable justice system.
