Both ENDS works to ensure environmental justice and a powerful civil society globally. For more than 30 years, Both ENDS has acted to catalyse systemic change by connecting grassroots movements with global policymaking. We collaborate with more than 500 partner organisations worldwide to amplify the voices of women, youth, Indigenous peoples and local communities, advance respect for human rights and transform unjust systems of power. Together, we work on key environmental issues – land and water governance, biodiversity and climate change – and the key systems that profoundly affect them, specifically trade, finance and extractivism. We tackle the root causes of inequality and environmental degradation, and promote sustainable and just solutions that ensure people and nature can thrive in harmony.
