Fundación CEDHA is a non-governmental, non-profit organisation based in Córdoba, Argentina, dedicated to promoting sustainable development, human rights, and environmental justice. Since its creation in 1999, CEDHA has combined legal advocacy, community empowerment, and policy engagement to strengthen accountability for social and environmental impacts of corporations and governments. The organisation works at the intersection of human rights and the environment, with particular focus on climate litigation, energy transition, extractive industries (mining, lithium, oil & gas), biodiversity, and water protection. CEDHA has been a pioneer in using international mechanisms, including OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises, Inter-American human rights system, and climate justice litigation to empower communities across Latin America. Through alliances with universities, grassroots groups, and international networks, CEDHA brings local struggles into global debates, aiming to advance a just and equitable transition towards sustainable societies.
