JUHUDI Community Support Center is a registered NGO dedicated to empowering marginalized communities across Kenya. We advocate for corporate accountability and promote responsible business practices that prioritize human rights and environmental sustainability. Operating independently of business and government influence, we work directly with communities to address the negative impacts of business operations, particularly in sectors like extractive industries, agriculture, construction and manufacturing. Our work includes documenting human rights abuses, facilitating community dialogues, and advocating for policy changes that ensure businesses operate ethically and transparently. We believe in building strong, equitable partnerships between communities and businesses, fostering sustainable development that benefits all. We strive to strengthen community capacity to engage with and influence corporate decision-making, ensuring that the voices of those most affected are heard and respected.
