The Association of Defenders of Indigenous Peoples of the Archipelago (PPMAN)

The Association of Defenders of Indigenous Peoples of the Archipelago (PPMAN) is community organization which is a wing organization of the Alliance Indigenous Peoples of the Archipelago (AMAN). The PPMAN organization is in the form of an association whose membership consists of advocates and legal experts who care and are committed to the work of defending and advancing human rights indigenous communities throughout the archipelago. The history of the formation of PPMAN through implementation of the First National Conference (KONFERNAS) which was held in the Sassa traditional community, North Luwu Regency, Sulawesi South on September 27th, 2013.
