Allegations
In April 2014, the French NCP received a request for review from three NGOs alleging that a French multinational enterprise had breached the competition provisions of the Guidelines in Gabon in the transport sector.

Outcome
The NCP undertook an initial assessment of the specific instance and in May 2014 informed the NGOs of the formal inadmissability of the request and suggested that they reformulate it. The NCP did not receive any further information from the NGOs and duly concluded the specific instance and issued a final statement in July 2014.
