This submission comments on the second round of Targeted Updates to the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises. It urges that states strengthen responsible business conduct standards regarding human rights defenders, land rights, corporate tax practices, the environment and climate change, and the digital economy, among other issues – as well as the guiding procedures for National Contact Points.
