About OECD Watch and SOMO

The OECD Watch network, hosted by the Dutch NGO SOMO, is a global network of civil society organisations with more than 140 members in over 50 countries. OECD Watch undertakes a range of activities centred on empowering global civil society to use the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises on Responsible Business Conduct (OECD Guidelines) and National Contact Point (NCP) complaint system to secure accountability for corporate harm and strengthen law and policy on business conduct. We are committed to raising international standards for corporate accountability.

SOMO conducts action-oriented research to expose the influence and unprecedented power of multinationals. SOMO’s research is independent, factual, critical, and with a clear goal: a fair and sustainable world, in which public interests outweigh the interests of companies.
