Statement to the OECD Inclusive Platform on Due Diligence Policy Cooperation
OECD Watch is encouraging governments globally to adopt binding law on corporate accountability aligned with international norms, and we welcome the OECD’s work to support national legal progress in this regard. Together with a delegation of six civil society representatives from around the world, we look forward to participating in the upcoming second meeting of the OECD Inclusive Platform on Due Diligence Policy Cooperation (27-28 October 2025). This statement sets out our key reflections and priorities for government action, including with regard to the Platform.
